Introducing Maxis eKelas Student Grant Programme

A programme specially designed to recognise our eKelas students who improved the most! We want you to be inspired and motivated to do well in your studies. Find out how you can be one of the award recipients! Rewarding passion and the will to excel – do you meet the criteria?

All Maxis eKelas students who have been participating in the eKelas programme via the live tutorial session are eligible to apply for the Maxis eKelas Student Grant Programme.

A total of RM1,200 cash allowance will contribute to the successful applicant’s National Education Savings Scheme (Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional 1Malaysia aka SSPN1M-i) plus a school starter pack.

Maxis eKelas Student Grant Programme awards the most progressed students. Hence, the students must achieved a minimum of one grade improvement in all of the subjects taught in the eKelas programme, i.e. English, Science, Mathematics.

This will be based on the students’ mid-year exam results as the base assessment and final year exam results / PT3 results for form 3 where improvement was recorded.

The minimum one grade improvement could be any one of the following combinations as below:

  • Grade E improves to D
  • Grade D improves to C
  • Grade C improves to B
  • Grade B improves to A

They are not entitled to receive the reward as the Maxis eKelas Student Grant award is aimed to reward the most progressed students.

Yes! If you meet all the eligibility criteria,  just apply again!

Just take note:

  • Your grades must not slide from their first application
  • If you are already achieving an A in that particular subject, you must maintain that grade
